Frequently Asked Questions

How much more does the Large L Shape Flag cost compared to the standard size?+

The Large version costs more than the standard size due to the extra fabric and the reinforced frame needed to handle the bigger panel's wind load, but the exact difference depends on the base you choose and your total quantity. Bulk orders combining multiple Large units usually bring the per-unit price down, similar to our other flag ranges. We confirm an exact AED figure once we know your layout and quantity, and artwork help is included at no extra cost regardless of size. We will also flag clearly at quoting stage if your chosen base and pole combination needs adjusting for a particularly exposed or high-traffic site.

Does the Large size take longer to produce than the standard L shape flag?+

Turnaround stays largely the same as the standard size for most orders, typically a few working days once artwork is approved, since the print process and production line are identical regardless of panel length. Larger bulk orders combining multiple Large units may add a day or two simply due to volume, but this is confirmed clearly at quoting stage so there are no surprises before your event date. If you are working to a fixed deadline, mention it when requesting your quote.

Can I order a custom height between the standard and Large sizes?+

Yes, custom heights are possible when a display needs a very specific fit, such as matching an existing booth structure or a fixed gap between two fixtures at a venue. Custom sizing does mean a slightly longer lead time than ordering off our standard sizes, since the frame length needs to be cut and fitted specifically for that order rather than pulled from stock. Share your exact measurements at quoting stage and we will confirm feasibility and pricing before production begins.

How stable is the Large L Shape Flag in windy outdoor spots?+

The reinforced frame handles the added surface area well, and we recommend a weighted or water-fillable base as standard for outdoor use in open areas, with a spike or cross base giving extra grip at particularly exposed sites such as waterfront or elevated spots around the UAE coast. We size the base recommendation to the flag automatically when you order, so you do not need to work out the right match yourself, and we can advise further if your site has unusual wind conditions. If the automatic recommendation does not suit your exact setup, such as a covered courtyard with less exposure than a fully open plot, let us know and we can adjust the base and pole combination before your order ships.
