Searching for a telescopic flag pole in Dubai or anywhere else in the UAE usually means you need an outdoor advertising flag that goes up fast, stays visible from a distance, and packs away just as quickly at the end of the day. We build these as a complete system: a lightweight telescopic pole, a printed flag panel, and a fillable base, all designed for the sun, wind and daily handling that comes with outdoor use here. This guide covers the real sizes, prices and setup details from our own catalogue, so you know exactly what you are ordering.
A telescopic pole is not the only way to fly an advertising flag, but it solves four problems that fixed poles and simple ground spikes do not, which is why it is the most requested option for shopfronts, showrooms and event stands.
The pole extends to 5m in seconds, so your branding is visible from across a car park, a mall entrance or a busy Dubai road, without the delay of assembling a fixed structure.
The telescopic sections lock in place by hand, no wrench or drill needed. One person can raise or lower the pole and swap the base location in a couple of minutes.
The same pole works inside a showroom or mall stand on a lightly filled base, or outside on a sand or water-filled base for a shopfront or exhibition site.
The pole and base are a long-term asset. When your campaign or branding changes, you only need a new printed flag panel, not a whole new system.
Every telescopic flag we print uses a 5m pole as standard, so the pole height stays the same across sizes and only the flag panel itself changes. You also choose between single-sided print, which mirrors through to the reverse, or true double-sided print where both faces are identical. The figures below are current starting prices per unit from our own catalogue.
3m x 1m flag panel, 5m pole. Knitted polyester, single-sided print with a mirror image on the reverse.
3m x 1m flag panel, 5m pole. Taffeta satin glossy fabric, true double-sided print, identical on both faces.
4m x 1m flag panel, 5m pole. Knitted polyester, single-sided print with a mirror image on the reverse.
4m x 1m flag panel, 5m pole. Taffeta satin glossy fabric, true double-sided print, identical on both faces.
Prices are per unit, in AED, and reflect our current catalogue. Every size comes with a fibre base that can be filled with water or sand.
Single-sided print is the standard, more affordable option, and it is enough when people will only ever see the flag from one direction, such as against a wall or an entrance where traffic only approaches from one side. Double-sided printing costs more because the design is genuinely mirrored onto both faces of the fabric rather than showing through faintly, and it is worth the extra cost when the flag will be seen from a road, a roundabout or an aisle where people pass on either side, such as a sail flag placement outside a shop.
The fibre base can be filled with either water or sand, and for outdoor placements in Dubai we generally recommend sand. Water evaporates in the heat over a few weeks and needs topping up, while sand keeps its weight and holds the pole steady through a windy afternoon without regular attention. On a genuinely strong wind day, the safest approach is still to lower the pole and bring the flag down rather than rely on the base alone. We also recommend a UV-stable, weather-resistant fabric for anything left outdoors for more than a few days at a time, since the sun here fades ordinary print far faster than in milder climates.
Send us your logo or artwork, the size you need, and single or double-sided print, and we will reply the same day with pricing and an artwork proof to approve before production starts.
We currently offer a Medium flag panel (3m x 1m) and a Large flag panel (4m x 1m), both on the same 5m telescopic pole. The pole height stays the same either way, so the choice mainly comes down to how large you want the printed flag itself to be.
Yes. The same pole, base and fabric work in any emirate with a similar hot, sunny and occasionally windy climate. We ship and deliver across the UAE, and the sand-filled base recommendation applies wherever the flag will stand outdoors for extended periods.
Telescopic flag poles come with a fibre base that you fill with water or sand rather than a ground spike, since the pole needs to stand freely on paving, tiles or a showroom floor, not be pushed into soil. Sand generally holds up better outdoors over time.
Yes. The pole and base are the same system either way. Indoors you can use a light water fill since wind is not a factor, while outdoors we recommend a full sand fill for stability.
Once the base is in place and filled, one person can extend the pole and attach the flag panel in a couple of minutes, with no tools required. Filling the base with sand or water is the only step that takes any real time.
